All establishments providing accommodation in Calitzdorp
are of the highest quality and the hosts are very friendly and
welcoming.
The prices quoted for accommodation include bed and breakfast
from Sunday evening until Saturday morning. Evening meals for
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are included.
The Congress welcoming party will be on the Sunday evening,
the Congress function will be on Thursday.
Delegates will be given advice on restaurants and surrounding
attractions to be visited on Friday evening.
Accommodation both before and after the Congress will be
arranged, on request, for those who wish to arrive early or stay
on after the Congress.
The following arrangements will be made:
- Transport from Cape Town to Calitzdorp will depart
from Cape Town at 11:00 on Sunday 24 September.
Transport from the airport to the place of departure can
be arranged on request.
- Transport to Cape Town will depart from Calitzdorp on
the morning of Saturday 30 September. Transport to the
airport and/or accommodation in Cape Town will be
arranged on request.
- Arrangements will be made for all foreign delegates
to be met at the airport and be transported to their
accommodation. The very reasonable cost is for the
account of delegates who are requested to make use of
this service. Local delegates arriving by plane in Cape
Town may also request this service.

registration form.
- All transport during the Congress will be provided and
the cost is included in the Congress price.
