Reception Party
The opening Reception Party will be on Sunday 28 September at 18:00 at the cellar of the farm Boplaas.

Congress Function
The Congress Function will be held at the Calitzdorp High School on Thursday evening, transport will be provided from accommodation in Calitzdorp.

Daily programme
Daily pick-up time at guest houses will be posted on notice board at Congress venue

Monday:
08:00 Registration and coffee\tea
08:15 Sound and visual; ”The Little Karoo”
08:45 Welcome address and keynote address
10:00 - 16:00: Field trip

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
08:30 - 09:00: Coffee\tea at Congress Venue
09:00 - 10:20: First morning lecture session
10:20 - 10:50: Coffee\tea
10:50 - 12:10: Second morning session
12:10 - 14:00: Lunch
14:00 - 14:40: First afternoon session
14:40 - 15:00: Coffee\tea
15:00 - 16:20: Second afternoon session

Wednesday:
08:00 Meet at Congress venue for coffee/tea
08:30 Depart on day trip
